Learn how to develop a daily meditation practice and other mindfulness techniques to apply to your life. Jamie uses her studies in yoga philosophy, Buddhism and Shamanism to teach people how to meditate. She guides these groups but it is your personal experiences and connections with each other that supports each individual in their own transformation. A regular meditation practice can transform your life by helping you develop a deeper awareness of self, reach personal and professional goals and gain whatever it is that you need to truly be happy.
